La Terraza de San Juan

This hotel offers a prime location in the heart of the old town, housed in a stunning colonial building that beautifully blends historic charm with modern amenities. The sanitary facilities and sleeping arrangements are well-updated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight is undoubtedly the infinity pool, which provides breathtaking views over the city.

We were given a room that was small and dingy. I looked at my reservation and found we had reserved an entirely different more expensive room then we have were given. I went returned to where we checked in and spoke to someone at the desk and showed them my reservation. The person checked my reservation and gave us the room I had reserved. This was the 2nd time this had happened to us during this trip. I realize everyone should check their reservation to make sure they are given the room they booked.

Location is phenomenal—street is quiet but close to sites/restaurants/shops. Staff friendly & responsive. GREAT coffee and breakfast. Rooftop terrace has great views and is comfy. Rainforest shower was a bonus.

Everything the staff was amazing! The owner helped me booking my stay accurately for my early arrival time and was very friendly over the phone and at check-in. The room was huge plenty of space and air conditioned throughout so cold we even had to turn it down or off! The wifi worked amazingly and I was able to work from there. The Cafe downstairs was very cute we did not utilize the pool but it was open as the bar downstairs.the historic decor was beautiful within walking distance to everything in old san juan even with a 5yr old

We had two rooms. One had a lovely King sized four poster bed and a nice couch with great air conditioning. The hotel is historic and we enjoyed the authentic historical look and feel.
